Here's the coloured version of my WoW comic for that Blizzard thingie. My email literally BLEW UP over the lineart, so thanks to everyone who liked the pic, lol. It reassured me because I wasn't sure it was very funny, haha. You guys kind of helped drag my art muses out of hiding, so hopefully I can get back to churning out some good stuff again. (Dry spells make me nuts.) As proof and a reward, I went and coloured the shit out of that lineart. I hope you guys think it turned out okay.

...For the record, for those of you who are WoW people just jumping on this bandwagon right now, I colour primarily by hand. Which is what I did on this one. Traditional art, holla.

Please let me know if there's anything I should fix before I send it off to the contest.

Well... it's not exactly... for a Blizz portfolio. It's just a dumb comics for WoW comics and maybe an in for TokyoPop. But I sure would love to draw Wow comics, mmhmm XDDD

Thrall vs. Varian in a battle of romance? No contest. One's a cheesed off extremist and part of the (probably inbred, look at how smart ARTHAS was!) Azeroth royal family. The other's an intelligent exotic gentleman who actually pulls off wishing for peace without being a hippie.

(And if you have ever played Warcraft III, you KNOW Thrall is a gentleman.)

Green or not, who would YOU pick?

(I only wish Blizzard would update Thrall's model. He looks lame right now. He should stop hunching over for pete's sake. And make his face look more like in Warcraft III, where he was actually kinda more handsome.)
