Sharon apparently really liked my Ocarina of Time GW crossover and requested a Link!Heero and Zelda!Duo pic of her own. She hasn't specified to me yet if she has a particular Zelda scene in mind to stick the guys into, but it sure did overwhelm me with the urge to do something Windwaker-derived. Probably doesn't help that Windwaker has been the soundtrack of my life for the past week or so, haha. GOD, that game is cute, and I do really love the story ^__^

Anyway, wanted to do something a little different from the usual pics of Link in the Red King sailboat, and I just think the whole Deku leaf parasail thing is so cool. And that Mekar is disgustingly adorable! I'm going to stick Hyrule castle in the background eventually. I don't even care if that makes sense; I just love the design!! It was really fun trying to emulate the style... I might try inking more pics this way =O

WIN!! You are awesome. And it's adorable. I love Duo's expression. Wonderful homage to the style. Mekar is fraggin' adorable isn't he? I love it.

It'll look even more Windwakery when I do the colours, lol. I was thinking of maybe doing it in that stained glass style but then decided to just go traditional with it. Maybe I'll do you one with Medli =P In the meantime... *squishes Mekar* I love that jangly noise he makes when he waddles T___T

Meh, that'd be too much like the OoT one I did, and I dunno... I dun think it would work as well. I wanted more boyish outfits for Zelda!Duo. I think I might do another Windwaker one after this with Medli instead of Mekar,t hough.

Makese sense. Another one with Medii would be very cool.

I guess about the only thing you could do for TP would be Duo in that hooded cloak that Zelda had or her dress. Or you could dress him up as "village" link and Heero as "hero" link.
