A Lull

I've been meaning to draw something shiny for the 2000 hits you all have graced me with here on dA (I sadly just missed 2121 :cries:), but I'm just recovering from pneumonia, which I caught over the weekend at PortCon. Not to mention I just found out my dad is really sick and needs surgery, so I'll have to go home and visit the fam. Hopefully I can get my life back on track soonish. In the meantime, you can check out my [LJ] for a con report and lots of happy photos from the weekend. :iconmissamerikka: and I Fusion Danced our way to a power level just short of 9000 (had we both been feeling at the top of our game, of course, haha). We're an awesomely dangerous pair; I can't wait to make a ruckus at Anime Boston =D

I'm not really sure. I only found out about this like the day before yesterday and my mom hasn't called me since then. I talked briefly to him on the phone but it wasn't really a lot.

The surgery is tomorrow and it's too late to leave because he's at a hospital in Baltimore, so when I get back, I still have to drive up there. My mom said to come back on Saturday.
