Anime NEXT, what?

So apparently I am going to Anime NEXT? This is going to be a fun adventure because I'm going to NYC this weekend to see Up with :iconxcandeex: and :iconjisuk:, but I'll have a week in between. I'm not sure I want to take the bus back and forth both time, so maybe I'll drive, though going alone isn't too smart. So does either anyone in DC want to go to the con with me, or are any of my NYC buddies willing to let me couch surf for the week?

...I can't wait to explain this one to my mom. Especially since I'm going to MetroCon the weekend after. Hey, maybe it'll force me to get some art done, hahaha. The one downside to doing a piece you're actually proud of is that everything you do after it just doesn't measure up. I have been drawing all night and have tossed all of it out.

Well, I'm heading to the con with a big group of friends by way of a mini-van. =3 We've got two hotel rooms booked near the convention center and if I talk to some friends I could probably hook you up with a place to crash at least if you decide to make your trip there. ^^ There'll be nine of us splitting two rooms...I doubt they'll notice us having one more person in there. xD;

OH RLY NAO. I'm still bumping back and forth exactly what I want to do, since upon examining the Anime NEXT site, the convention isn't exactly easy to get to from NJTransit. But if I do end up staying the week, I might impose on you for a few days (becuase otherwise I feel guilty!!) THANK YOU ILU <###

I'd LOVE to have you over here, and we could geek over manga stuff and have fun stuff. But here's an idea--what if I gave you a lift to Anime Next? I'm not sure if I could help you out with hotel but we could have awesome hangout times and I'll be driving there anyway, and you could get back to NYC anytime.

Yeah, I think we're traveling from either the city or a friend's place. Our van's pretty tightly packed as is, so I'm not sure we can offer you a ride there but the place to crash is definitely available if you need it. ^^ And no worries! I'm just glad I can help. =3
